Well my first question is if the addicction to drugs is hereditary.
First of all I´m going to explain what adicction means, according to the dictionary, this means "the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically os physicaly habit-forming, as narcotics, to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma"
After knowing this definition lets see what doctors said about the question.
Some of them said that the cause of addiction may be hereditary, in the case that several persons in your family are drugaddicts, doesn´t mean that you have to be drugaddict.
Investigators do an experiment where they studied 50 pairs of sister´s and brother´s brains and only one of them was cocaine addict, but they discovered both of the brothers had brain anomalies that decreased the capacity of self control. But this doesn´t mean that if your brother or your parents are drugaddict you are inmediately drugaddict.
On the other hand some cientifics afirm that you can know by far if a person is going to be drugaddict because of his genetic.
In my point of view I think that having familiars that are duggaddict is important and it matters, but I also think that is your problem if you try drugs and you don´t have to blame genetics.
